美联物业住宅部首席执行官布少明表示，上述项目具有现楼优势吸引用家及投资客。随着区内生活配套越趋完善，料项目呎租可达60元水平，租金回报率近4厘。他透露，美联暂录一组客人斥资约3,300万元购入3伙单位，包括2伙三房及1伙两房单位。
布少明提及，10月一手交投畅旺，全月录得约3,000宗成交，创出自3月后的7个月新高。由于利好消息接连而来，加上政府积极抢人才，带动物业需求上升，料11月楼市交投可保持活跃，一手交投料录得约2,000宗，二手交投料上升至4,000宗水平，交投活跃亦支持楼价止跌回升。(js/w)
