金吾财讯 | 力量发展(01277)公告，2024年11月1日公司的间接全资附属力量秦皇岛与控股股东张量持有100%珠海实地订立股份转让协议，以总代价7000万(人民币．下同)向珠海实地收购茂名晟大及茂名晟城各自的100%股权。由于是次珠海实地就茂名收购应付的所得税1225万元将由力量秦皇岛支付，并从总代价7000万元中扣除，因此茂名收购的应付代价为人民币5775万元，应付代价应由2024年第三批终止物业已付款项悉数抵销。茂名晟大及茂名晟城主要从事房地产开发及销售业务，而公司可分别透过茂名晟大及茂名晟城未来经营及管理现时正在进行的常春藤第一期及第二期项目获益。常春藤计划位于广东省茂名市茂南区。常春藤第一期包括6幢兴建中的商住楼宇，预期2025年10月或之前完工。常春藤第二期包括3幢兴建中的商住楼宇，预期2025年12月或之前完工。考虑到近期宣布的房地产市场利多政策，集团预期将透过出售常春藤计划的住宅单位、商店、公寓及车库，以销售所得款项形式产生收入。
