中国能源建设(03996.HK) 公布，近日接到控股股东中国能建集团通知，为积极响应并充分运用好有关监管部门“支持股票增持”的政策工具，中国能建集团与中国工商银行(01398.HK) 签署《增持借款合同》。
据公告披露，中国工商银行拟为中国能建集团提供增持上市公司股票的融资支持，借款额度不超过3亿元人民币，专项用于中国能建集团本次增持计划。因此，本次增持计划的资金来源为中国能建集团的自有资金及金融机构的借款。
中国能建集团上月中披露，拟通过上交所以集中竞价方式增持公司A股，总金额不低于3亿人民币，不超过5亿人民币。(js/u)
