嘉里(00683.HK) 九龙半山低密度项目“缇外”(Mont Verra)今日(1日)招标售出第2座3楼B室分层大宅 。直至目前，包括此成交在内“缇外”已合共售出29伙，项目总成交金额冲破90亿。
最新售出单位为“缇外”第2座3楼B室分层大宅，实用面积为4,364平方呎，属四房四套房另加双工人房间隔，刚以2.25亿元成交，平均实用面积呎价约5.16万元。上述单位成交价包括2个住宅停车位。
项目今年已录得24宗成交，套现约79亿元。 而项目至今累售29伙，总成交金额逾91亿元，平均成交实用面积呎价约6万元。
缇外由5座住宅大楼及3座院墅组成，仅提供61个分层大宅及3座院墅。分层大宅实用面积介乎3,466至8,583平方呎，涵盖标准分层大宅、花园大宅以及天台顶层特色大宅。3座院墅实用面积为11,382平方呎至11,692平方呎，每座均特设逾万呎前后花园、室外游泳池、升降机以及私人停车库。
