智通财经APP讯，律齐文化(00550)发布公告，于2024年10月30日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中联交所通知公司修改如下其中一项初步复牌指引：对审计事宜各项进行适当的独立法证调查、评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果并采取适当的补救行动。
因此并经考虑初步复牌指引及经修订复牌指引，于本公布日期的最新复牌指引如下：
(i)对审计事宜各项进行适当的独立法证调查、评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果并采取适当的补救行动;
(ii)证明集团管理层及╱或任何对公司管理及营运有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格并无合理的监管忧虑，而可能为投资者带来风险并损害市场信心;
(iii)进行独立内部监控检讨，并证明公司已建立足够的内部监控及程序，以符合上市规则的规定;
(iv)公布上市规则要求的所有尚未公布的财务业绩，并处理任何审计修订;
(v)证明公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条的规定;
(vi)向市场通知所有重大资讯，以便股东及投资者评估公司的状况。
