智通财经APP获悉，瑞典房地产集团SBB的股票周一在斯德哥尔摩股市暴跌27%，创下自去年5月以来的最大跌幅。此前，瑞典颇具影响力的《工业日报》(Dagens industrii)建议读者出售SBB股票。
该报警告称，过多债务和公司产生正现金流的能力会带来风险。该报称，在一系列撤资交易以及上月旗下住宅子公司Sveafastigheter AB上市后，该公司的真实价值也受到关注。
SBB上月剥离了住宅部门，这是将该集团分拆为社区、教育和住宅三大业务的整体战略的一部分。去年，由于借贷成本飙升和信用评级被下调，SBB的股价直线下跌，Leiv Synnes随后被任命为该集团的首席执行官。
这一策略未能阻止SBB股价下滑，其股价仍徘徊在历史低点附近。对散户投资者很有影响力的《工业日报》质疑这家房地产集团明年是否还能活下去。
Synnes在社交平台上回应这篇文章时表示，公司未必因为债务增加而变得更糟。“这只是另一种风险。”
Synnes补充道：“在理性的世界里，随着时间的推移，更高的风险通常会带来更高的回报。”
