格隆汇11月4日｜成立于1965年的美国连锁餐饮集团TGI Fridays上周末向美国得克萨斯州联邦法院提交申请破产保护，以寻求重整债务及达致长期稳定经营。公司主席Rohit Manocha称，在新冠疫情及资本架构的财务挑战下，集团只有申请破产保护，才可能有长远营运的可能。根据资料显示，高峰期拥有601间美国分店的TGI Fridays，目前分店数量已降至163间，去年收入跌15%至7.28亿美元。
