WMG Gets Take-Over Offer from Exsim Borneo

WMG (KLSE:WMG) received an offer from Exsim Borneo to sell its remaining stake not already owned by Exsim Borneo and joint offerors at 0.165 ringgit per share, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.

The joint offerors are: Lim Aik Hoe, Lim Aik Kiat, Lim Aik Fu.

Exsim Borneo also offered to acquire all outstanding redeemable convertible preference shares (RCPS) at 0.33 ringgit apiece.

The offer period is valid from Nov. 1 until Nov. 22, the property developer noted.
