资本策略地产(00497.HK) 旗下西九龙住宅项目“高临”累售172个单位，套现近14亿元，最高成交呎价逾4万元。资本策略地产执行董事何乐辉表示，早前项目获得专才买家“一客四食”，以约8,800万元购入四伙，当中更以近6,500万元购入顶层连平台特色大宅，创项目成交价及呎价新高纪录。
副常务董事(住宅销售)毕子鸿指，是次“高临”新增“代缴从价印花税”优惠及全新“高端人才付款计划”。计及两项最新优惠后，最高折扣可达11%。
