0242 GMT - Parkway Life REIT stands to benefit from its acquisition of 11 nursing homes in France, OCBC Investment Research's Ada Lim says.The analyst sees the acquisition as accretive to the REIT's distribution per unit, which refers to the amount of money paid to an investor per unit of the REIT owned. The REIT's portfolio expansion into Europe also marks the beginning of the build-up of a third key market even as Singapore remains its core focus, the analyst adds. OCBC increases its FY 2025 DPU forecast for the REIT by 0.5%. It raises the unit's fair value estimate to S$4.49 from S$4.48 with an unchanged buy rating. The units are unchanged at S$3.75.
