【在欧洲被诉专利侵权？小鹏汽车：正进行沟通，要求供应商核实相关材料来源】金十数据11月4日讯，近日，国外知识产权媒体IP Fray报道称，钢铁巨头安赛乐米塔尔集团向欧洲统一专利法院提交诉讼，指控小鹏汽车涉嫌侵犯其持有的专利EP3290200B1的合法权益。小鹏汽车成为首家在欧洲统一专利法院被起诉的中国汽车制造商。对此，小鹏汽车方面表示：“小鹏汽车的知识产权团队，以及采购、制造等部门，早在小鹏G9产品出口前已通过指定供应商或原材料供应商等方式，确保避免小鹏G9产品在目标市场使用存在侵权风险的热成型材料。小鹏汽车正在与安赛乐米塔尔展开良好的沟通，同时要求供应商核实相关材料来源，确认提供的材料符合公司的要求。”
