最新售出单位为第2座3楼B室，实用面积4,364方呎，属四房四套房，另加双工人房间隔，单位连同两个车位成交，呎价约51,558元。资料显示，项目提供61个分层单位及3座院墅，至今共售出29伙，平均成交呎价约60,000元。
