消息面上，10月21日，中国东方教育发布公告，公司全资拥有的安徽万通高级技工学校已经由安徽省人民政府正式升格为安徽万通技师学院。安徽万通技师学院现有逾8100名学生及463名全职教师，占地面积为约17.4万平方米，其中建筑面积逾15万平方米及实训面积逾2.8万平方米，并配有逾100间实训室、3540个实训工位。目前，开设包括新能源汽车检测与维修、智能网联汽车技术应用、汽车检测、汽车维修、工业机器人应用与维护、机电一体化技术在内的18个专业，以及14个常设高级技工专业及汽车检测、汽车维修、机电一体化技术3个预备技师专业。
华西证券指出，短期来看，预计随着成本控制业绩有望持续超预期；中期来看，预计招生正常化后长期生增长逐步恢复；分品类来看，我们预计IT承压，但烹饪恢复、汽车和美业维持快速增长，欧米奇和美业减亏趋势持续、汽车服务净利率提升；公司长期优势在于就业竞争力、针对市场变化快速调节课程的能力，公司第一所技师学院资质已经获批，待更多区域中心建设完成后获批技师学院资质、从而有望拉长学制。
