联想控股与阳光人寿签署君创租赁股权转让协议
财中社11月4日电联想控股（03396）于2024年11月1日宣布与阳光人寿签署股权转让及增资协议。根据协议，联想控股及其全资附属公司君创集团将有条件出售目标公司（君创国际融资租赁有限公司，君创租赁）4.26亿元及2394万元的注册资本，分别占目标公司扩大的注册资本的14.51%及0.82%，代价为4.74亿元及2664万元。同时，阳光人寿还将以8.03亿元认购目标公司新增7.21亿元的注册资本，约占目标公司扩大的注册资本的24.57%。
交易完成后，联想控股通过君创集团间接持有目标公司52.79%的股权，目标公司仍为联想控股的附属公司。此次交易预计不会对联想控股的合并财务报表产生损益影响，资金将用于日常运营及偿还债务，进一步增强公司的财务状况。此举不仅优化了目标公司的治理结构，还将提升其综合竞争力和盈利能力。
