智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)再涨超6%，该股近期持续攀升，9月17日至今股价实现翻倍。截至发稿，涨6.4%，报9.15港元，成交额3062.19万港元。
消息面上，10月以来，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达，持续通过旗下杨协成（新加坡上市饮品公司）及家族办公室增持维他奶。联交所资料显示，在10月24日黄志达最近一次增持维他奶后，其持股比例已升至10.06%，达到了可召开股东会门槛。而在本月初，其持股比例尚且不足5%。
公开资料显示，杨协成是新加坡的一家食品饮料上市公司，其所属的黄氏家族由新加坡首富黄廷方创立。截至目前，杨协成旗下产品主要包括豆奶、马蹄爽等，主要市场位于东南亚。来自中国市场的收入不算多，占比不到10%，华南、华东地区为杨协成的主要市场。
