智通财经APP讯，安德利果汁(02218)公布，2024 年 11 月 2 日，公司股东 BVI 东华、BVI 平安、安德利集团和霖安商贸与曲浩先生签署了《股份转让协议》，BVI 东华、BVI 平安、安德利集团和霖安商贸分别将其持有的公司股份700万股、695万股、204.41万股、400.59万股转让给曲浩先生，转让股份合计2000万股，占公司总股本的 5.73%，转让价格 21.47 元/股，股份转让价款为人民币4.294亿元。
本次协议转让完成后，BVI 东华、BVI 平安、安德利集团分别持有公司股份 58,779,459 股、39,401,961 股、48,608,540 股，霖安商贸不再持有公司股份。曲浩先生将持有公司股份2000万股，占公司总股本的 5.73%。本次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化。
