优信有限公司为一家上市公司，其美国存托股份在纳斯达克上市(股票代码：UXIN)。优信有限公司主要从事透过线上平台及线下零售店向全国客户提供二手车购买产品及服务。
公司认为，由于集团与优信有限公司在汽车后市场行业的潜在协同效应及二手车市场的增长机会，建议认购事项对集团有利。公司期望通过与优信有限公司的合作，在其平台上为私家车主提供更多售后服务，促进二手车交易，吸引更多私家车主，以提升公司的客运能力。
