中达集团控股(00139.HK) 公布，上周五(1日)与马来西亚纳闽Roths Investment Bank P.L.C.银行，订立战略伙伴合作协议，建立战略合作伙伴关系，并利用各自优势实现双方互利互惠。
据相关协议列明， 订约双方将成立工作组，推动彼等之间的战略合作；就合适的业务合作机会而言，订约双方同意彼此优先合作；订约双方应定期检讨战略合作的进展情况及解决合作中的任何问题，以确保订约双方目标的实现，并讨论有关订约双方之间业务合作的任何新业务想法及计划，从而进一步增强合作等。
中达集团控股表示，上述战略合作将为集团进一步发展创造新的商机，提高其全球竞争力、系统重要性及品牌影响力。(js/u)
