Peapack-Gladstone Financial (PGC) said Friday it plans to rebrand its Peapack-Gladstone Bank unit as Peapack Private Bank & Trust, or Peapack Private, around Jan. 1.
The unit and its wealth management division will operate under one name and brand, the company added.
