Integer Completes Sale of Electrochem to Ultralife for $50 Million

Integer Holdings (ITGR) has completed the sale of its non-medical Electrochem business to Ultralife (ULBI) for $50 million in cash, the companies said Friday.

Integer said it will use the proceeds for the payment of outstanding debt.

Meanwhile, Ultralife said it financed the deal with a new credit and security agreement with M&T Bank and Community Bank as lenders.
