智通财经APP获悉， 11月4日，香港土地注册处发表10月份楼宇单位买卖合约的统计数字。世邦魏理仕表示，在目前高货尾情况下，发展商倾向于积极推盘，优先考虑销售数量。因此预计一手成交量将在未来几个月持续上升。世邦魏理仕称，由于楼价已调整至相对较低的水平，加上未来按揭利率预期会较目前水平低，这将吸引投资者入市。二手市场成交也可能会增加。
世邦魏理仕又指，10月成交量在连续下跌五个月后反弹64.9%至4697宗。随着美联储开始减息及港府在施政报告期间推出的多项宽松政策 (包括放宽按揭成数上限) 后，有观察到买家积极入市。10月发展商纷纷推出住宅项目，以捕捉降息和施政后被压抑的置业需求。
