Temasek sells 1,332,100 shares in Sats for $5.32 mil

Following the sale, Fullerton’s stake stood at 0.275% while Temasek's total stake in Sats came up to 39.96%.

State-owned investment firm Temasek Holdings has disposed of 1,332,100 shares in Sats to the open market.

The sale, which was conducted on Nov 1, netted Fullerton Fund Management $5.32 million or $4.00 per unit.

Following the sale, Fullerton’s stake stood at 0.275% while Temasek's total stake in Sats came up to 39.96%.

Sats will release its 1HFY2024 ended Sept on Nov 7 after market trading hours.

Shares in Sats closed 3 cents higher or 0.76% up at $3.97 on Nov 1.
