智通财经APP获悉，加拿大贝尔(BCE.US)周一表示，该公司将以约50亿加元(约合36.5亿美元)收购美国宽带运营商Ziply Fiber 100%的股权，以将其光纤业务拓展至美国。
这家加拿大通信公司将利用出售其在枫叶体育娱乐公司(MLSE)的股权所得的约42亿加元净收益为此次收购提供资金。一旦该交易在2025年下半年完成，Ziply Fiber将作为一个独立的业务部门运营，总部将继续设在华盛顿州Kirkland。
此外，加拿大贝尔还表示，计划在截至2025年12月31日的财政年度内将其年度普通股股息维持在每股3.99美元的当前水平。
