智通财经APP讯，兑吧(01753)发布公告，公司于本公告日期接获安永会计师事务所(安永)日期为2024年11月1日的辞任函件。安永于其辞任函件中表示，由于公司与安永未能就本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表的审核费用(2024年审核)达成共识，故其决定提出辞任公司核数师，自2024年11月1日起生效。
在审核委员会的推荐建议下，董事会决定委任天健国际会计师事务所有限公司(天健)为公司新任核数师，自2024年11月1日起生效，以填补安永辞任后的临时空缺，并任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
