智通财经APP讯，今米房集团(08300)发布公告，于2024年11月1日，该公司与泽瑞龙祥订立框架协议，内容有关泽瑞龙祥就在平台上销售及分销集团产品向集团提供信息技术服务、相关软件及技术支持服务、收付款服务及物流信息服务等平台服务。
订立框架协议为集团进一步扩展其食品销售及分销业务分部提供新平台。集团将继续透过传统分销渠道销售及分销食品，同时与泽瑞龙祥的合作可促进集团产品透过线上渠道的市场推广，推动集团电子商务的发展，并为集团引入新的收入来源。鉴于电子商务在中国消费品销售中扮演日益重要的角色，本公司认为，订立框架协议为集团提升其食品销售及分销的市场渗透率提供宝贵机会。
