智通财经APP讯，浙江沪杭甬(00576)发布公告，公司的子公司浙商证券股份有限公司第四届董事会第二十五次会议审议通过浙商证券《关于公司提前赎回“浙22转债”的议案》。
浙商证券的股票自2024年9月27日至2024年11月5日期间，满足连续三十个交易日内至少有十五个交易日的收盘价格不低于该公司“浙22转债”当期转股价格(10.05元/股)的130%(即不低于13.07元/股)，根据《浙商证券股份有限公司公开发行可转换公司债券募集说明书》的约定，已触发“浙22转债”的赎回条款。董事会决定行使“浙22转债”提前赎回权，对赎回登记日登记在册的“浙22转债”全部赎回。同时，董事会授权公司管理层或管理层指定的授权人士办理后续“浙22转债”赎回的全部事宜。
