智通财经APP获悉，摩根士丹利发布研究报告称，予领展房产基金(00823)“增持”评级，公司未来或积极进行优质及相宜的并购，也可能会处置手头资产，相关因素都可能成为潜在上行推动力，目标价41港元。
报告中称，公司9月底止中期可分派收入为35亿元，同比增长4%，较该行预期高出2个百分点，目前每基金单位年化回报率估算为7.4%，上半财年香港零售物业整体续租租金增长0.7%，出租率维持于97.8%的高水平。
