【国内首单水利设施REITs在深交所上市】金十数据11月8日讯，据深交所消息，11月8日，国内首单水利设施REITs——银华绍兴原水水利REIT在深交所上市，深市基础设施REITs市场实现平稳扩容增类。银华绍兴原水水利REIT原始权益人为绍兴市原水集团有限公司，基金管理人为银华基金管理股份有限公司，专项计划管理人为银华长安资本管理（北京）有限公司，底层资产为绍兴市汤浦水库工程。绍兴市汤浦水库工程于2002年竣工，水库总工程规模为2.35亿立方米，最大日供水量为100万吨，项目决算总投资94,492万元。银华绍兴原水水利REIT基金份额6亿份，募集规模16.968亿元，2024年预计现金流分派率为7.08%。
