智通财经APP获悉，新濠国际发展(00200)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.11%，报5.32港元，成交额2017.49万港元。
消息面上，花旗发布研报称，新濠国际发展美国上市附属公司新濠博亚第三季度业绩略超出预期，另集团旗下新濠博亚正考虑在2025年下半年重新派发股息，加上当前估值较低为投资者提供吸引的进场机会，该行对新濠国际维持“买入”评级，以及目标价6.3港元。
新濠董事长兼首席执行官何猷龙表示，过去几个季度进行的管理层调整和努力已经开始见效。许多提高便利性的新吸引力在9月下旬上线，个人认为集团将在本季度及未来几个季度中继续受益于此，随着不断再投资于物业、业务和服务，集团将从中获益。
