智通财经APP讯，康特隆(01912)发布公告，公司董事会决议将公司的财政年度结算日由12月31日更改为3月31日，即时生效。因此，公司下一个财政年度结算日将为2025年3月31日，而集团有待刊发的下一份经审核财务报表将涵盖自2024年1月1日起至2025年3月31日止15个月期间。
董事会认为，将财政年度结算日更改为3月31日可令集团合理及更有效地配置其资源，以编制业绩公告以及报告，此更改的主要塬因为：
1.避免于财报高峰期间与其他上市公司争夺市场上有关业绩公告及报告相关的外部服务资源;及
2.消除因中国农历新年期间的日期的不确定性而为工作流程所带来的压力。
