《明报》引述消息报道，耀才证券代表律师向多家券商发出函件指出，10月24日下午约2时至4时，怀疑有黑客入侵其客户账户进行未授权股票交易，不寻常地重复交易中国金石(01380.HK) 股份，惟向相关客户查询后，全部确认并无作出有关股票买卖，客户指户口被黑客入侵冒充身份及指示买入相关股票。消息透露耀才已全数赔偿客户损失。
耀才首席执行官许绎彬就有关的事件作回应，指出公司已根据正常客户投诉程序处理。一般来说，当涉及有客户指有任何怀疑诈骗投资GROUP、假网站事件及欺诈行为，公司均会报警，报证监会及报联合财富情报组。
许绎彬指，本次收到有客户指自已未有交易过中国金石，怀疑自己手机被骇客操控进行非法交易；由于公司并非专家，而未能知道其手机是否被人侵，或是否涉及骗案，因此已立即报警、报证监会及报联合财富情报组求助，希望尽快查明真相。(ha/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
