智通财经APP讯，合景泰富集团(01813)公布，由于2024年11月票据将于2024年11月10日到期，2024年11月票据将于到期后在香港联合交易所有限公司除牌。于撤销在联交所的上市地位后，该公司将与票据持有人保持积极沟通。
根据先前公告，2024年11月票据的条款项下已于2023年5月14日发生违约事件，故2024年11月票据已自2023年5月16日上午九时正起暂停买卖。
于本公告日期，2024年11月票据的未偿还本金额为6.25亿美元。诚如该等公告所述，集团与其顾问就所有其持份者的利益，以确保集团可持续经营，正努力寻求境外债务状况的全面解决方案。鉴于集团流动资金紧绌及就全面解决方案与境外债权人的持续沟通，公司预期上述本金连同2024年11月票据的应计未付利息于到期日时将仍然未能偿还及将不会被结清。
