行业巨头陨落！飞行汽车界“特斯拉”Lilium申请破产：腾讯40亿投资打水漂
快科技11月8日消息，据媒体报道，被誉为飞行汽车界“特斯拉”的Lilium宣布，因资金链断裂已向德国法院提出破产申请。
Lilium曾是该行业的头部玩家，累计融资超百亿，其中包括腾讯投资的约5.7亿美元（约40亿元人民币）。
Lilium的发展历程可谓传奇，自2015年成立以来，凭借新颖的概念迅速获得资本市场的关注。
2017年，Lilium完成了由腾讯领投的9000万美元B轮融资，并在2019年生产出全球首架全电动喷气式五座飞机原型机。
2021年，Lilium通过“借壳”上市，估值达到33亿美元，成为飞行汽车领域的明星企业。
然而，尽管获得了巨额投资，Lilium的产品始终未能实现商业化，载人飞行的目标一再推迟。
2022年和2023年，公司又分别获得了1.19亿美元和2.92亿美元的融资，但仍未改变其财务困境。
今年，Lilium试图筹集一笔德国复兴信贷银行约1亿欧元的贷款，但因政府拒绝担保而失败，最终走向破产。
