【美国政府据悉同多家企业加紧洽谈 寻求在拜登任内敲定芯片法案相关协议】金十数据11月8日讯，知情人士称，美国政府正加紧洽谈，寻求在拜登任期结束前敲定与英特尔和三星电子等公司签署的芯片法案相关协议。美国商务部已根据《2022芯片与科学法案》拨付390亿美元补助金中的90%以上，但目前仅宣布了一项有约束力协议。据悉，台积电和格芯等企业已结束洽谈，预计很快就会宣布最终的资金拨付结果。英特尔、三星电子和美光科技等公司则仍在商讨合同的部分实质性细节。
