《明报》报道，信置(00083.HK) 执行董事田兆源透露，集团旗下六个新盘明年将按部就班登场，涉约4,925伙，其中4个新盘位于港岛及九龙。“重头戏”为与港铁(00066.HK) 等合作的将军澳日出康城第13期，现正待批预售楼花，预期最快明年上半年登场，该项目提供2,550伙，相关单位数量占六盘单位总数逾五成，并涵盖一房至四房间隔，主打两房单位。
他指出，集团明年头炮项目有机会是与市建局合作的中环ONE CENTRAL PLACE，提供121伙，估计快将获批入伙纸，意味以接近现楼形式发售。另外，集团与市建局等合作、属旧区重建的土瓜湾荣光街项目，稍后将申请预售楼花同意书，拟打造成双子大厦，争取最快明年下半年登场，涉458伙，户型包含一房至三房，目标客源料以年轻分支家庭和上车客为主。
