【开山股份：收回5700万美元肯尼亚项目尾款】金十数据11月7日讯，开山股份公告，公司全资子公司开山可再生能源发展有限公司及其下属肯尼亚公司近日收到肯尼亚Sosian Menengai地热项目剩余EPC合同款5700万美元。该项目始于2019年4月，合同总价为6800万美元，包括原合同金额6500万美元和补充协议增加的300万美元。项目于2021年10月启动，并于2023年6月各机组陆续并网。2023年11月6日，项目已投入全面商业运营。截至公告日，相关款项已全部收回结清。
