Standard Chartered (HKG:2888) will redeem bonds worth $1.5 billion before the end of November, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The bonds include a $500 million floating rate bond due 2025 and a $1 billion fixed rate bond with a 1.822% interest rate and 2025 maturity.
The bonds will be canceled on or around Nov. 26 after all accrued payments and unpaid interest have been settled.
