智通财经APP讯，南顺(香港)(00411)公布，于2024年11月8日，公司全资附属公司南顺家居护理产品与从化经济开发区有关南顺家居护理产品兴建新家居护理产品生产厂房订立一份投资协议。根据该协议，南顺家居护理产品将于该项目投资预计总额人民币3.37亿元;及从化经济开发区将交付该土地并协助南顺家居护理产品(其中包括)为该项目取得相关政府同意、批准及许可。
公司仍致力于加强供应链并确保中国大陆及中国香港家居护理业务的持续增长。鉴于家居护理分部目前及预计的业务势头，新厂房将提高公司们核心市场产品的品质及产品供应确定性，并提高公司长期有效扩展的能力。随着公司进一步扩大产品组合及产品多样化，新厂房的新研发基础设施及能力亦将增强公司创新及开发新产品的能力。预计新厂房将于2026/27财年开始营运。
