智通财经APP讯，天津创业环保股份(01065)发布公告，该公司于近期通过参与公开招标的方式中标霍邱县城北污水处理厂(含城南、滨河路、城东污水提升泵站)特许经营项目(以下简称“本项目”)。本项目由霍邱县住房和城乡建设局(下称“霍邱县住建局”)实施，按招标文件要求，公司中标后需要设立项目公司，由项目公司负责本项目的投融资、运营维护及移交工作。
本项目采用特许经营TOT模式实施，特许经营权转让费为5100万元，特许经营期限40年。特许经营范围包括：霍邱城北污水厂，设计处理能力4万m³/d，出水执行一级A标准;污水提升泵站，合计提升能力为5.3万m³/d。本项目中标后，中标方与霍邱县住建局签署《特许经营协议》。
