众安在线与平安财险签署汽车保险合作协议 预计保费增25.6%
财中社11月8日电众安在线（06060）发布公告称，2024年11月8日，公司与平安产险签署了汽车共同保险合作协议，旨在向公众提供汽车保险产品。根据上市规则，由于平安产险是公司主要股东平安保险的附属公司，该交易构成公司的持续关联交易，需遵循相关申报和独立股东批准的规定。
公告指出，汽车共同保险合作协议的存续期为2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。预计截至2025年12月31日，基于该协议，公司收取的保费同比增幅约为25.6%。
