智通财经APP讯，天津创业环保股份(01065)发布公告，该公司于近期通过参与公开招标的方式中标赤壁市陆水工业园污水处理厂及配套管网项目特许经营TOT项目(以下简称“本项目”)。本项目由赤壁市住房与城乡建设局(下称“赤壁市住建局”)实施，按招标文件要求，公司中标后需要设立项目公司，由项目公司负责本项目的投融资、运营维护及移交工作。
本项目采用特许经营TOT模式实施，特许经营权转让费为3.01亿元，特许经营期限40年。转让范围包括：(1)污水处理厂，总设计规模4万m³/d，出水执行一级A标准;(2)管网工程，其中污水收集管线新建DN1000的污水管线约338m，尾水排放管线新建DN1000压力管道约3088m。本项目中标后，中标方与赤壁市住建局签署《特许经营协议》。
经审议，董事会同意以下事项：
1、同意投资赤壁市陆水工业园污水处理厂及配套管网特许经营TOT项目，特许经营权转让费为3.01亿元。
2、同意设立赤壁创环水务有限公司(暂定名)，注册资本金为人民币6020.00万元，由公司100%现金出资，以实施赤壁市陆水工业园污水处理厂及配套管网特许经营TOT项目。
公告称，本项目可增加公司权益类污水处理业务规模4万m³/d，与公司拓展主业的发展战略相契合，有利于夯实与地方政府的良好合作关系，对进一步稳固在湖北地区的行业地位及市场份额，增加区域影响力、提升公司主营业务规模具有积极意义。
