智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)再涨近8%，9月底至今累计涨幅已超1.3倍，截至发稿，涨7.98%，报10.56港元，成交额7359.48万港元。
消息面上，港交所披露的信息显示，10月7日，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达，首次申报通过旗下公司杨协成及其家族办公室，合计持有维他奶超过5%股权，而到10月24日后，其持股比例已升至10.06%，达到了可召开股东会门槛。此外，黄志祥以及旗下的远东机构也持有维他奶5%的股权。意味着黄氏家族总共持有超过15%的股份。
公开资料显示，杨协成是新加坡的一家食品饮料上市公司，其所属的黄氏家族由新加坡首富黄廷方创立。截至目前，杨协成旗下产品主要包括豆奶、马蹄爽等，主要市场位于东南亚。来自中国市场的收入不算多，占比不到10%，华南、华东地区为杨协成的主要市场。
