【住房城乡建设部召开智能建造工作现场会】金十数据11月7日讯，住房城乡建设部在山东省青岛市召开全国智能建造工作现场会。会议强调，立足当前形势，发展智能建造是建筑业转型发展的内在需要。要进一步加强对建筑企业的指导和支持，强化企业的创新主体地位，帮助企业抓好机遇、用好资源，进一步做优做强、做精做专，培育形成一批智能建造骨干企业，为建筑业高质量发展发挥示范引领作用。在发展目标上要提高建筑品质，运用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术加强工程项目全生命期的数字化管理，提升建造质量和运维服务水平，增加建筑产品的附加值；在实现路径上要找准应用场景，提炼一批可推广的领先技术和实用技术，提高建造效率，实现内涵式发展；在基础支撑上要培育人才队伍。
