11月5日，市场监管总局党组书记、局长罗文在上海市调研平台经济工作。

罗文一行实地调研得物集团，详细了解企业发展情况。随后，罗文主持召开座谈会，就促进平台企业健康发展与企业代表进行了深入交流，听取不同类型的平台企业在经营活动中存在的困难、诉求和政策需求，来自上海的8家网络交易平台参加座谈。

罗文指出，党的二十届三中全会强调促进平台经济创新发展，健全平台经济常态化监管制度，充分体现了党和国家对促进平台经济健康发展的关心关注，要深入学习领会，更加深刻认识平台经济对推动经济社会发展的重要意义。要抓好助企发展政策的贯彻落实，持续聚焦平台企业关心的问题，不断优化发展环境，完善多元化支持举措，提升常态化监管水平，促进平台经济健康发展。
