董明珠直播变脸训下属引热议 俞敏洪圆场：我只能做小跟班
快科技11月5日消息，日前，格力电器董事长兼总裁董明珠和新东方董事长俞敏洪在广东珠海格力总部合体直播。
然而，在直播过程中，董明珠却因商品链接的问题突然“变脸”训斥下属，引起热议。
据媒体报道，在商品准备上链接时，系统出现小问题，这一突发状况引发董明珠不满，她在饭桌上直接对下属进行了严厉的训斥，称“现在就去解决，快点，还坐在这，一分钟就解决的事情。”
在董明珠训斥下属后，直播间的气氛变得有些紧张。
此时，俞敏洪站出来圆场缓和气氛，他笑着对董明珠说：“我要到你身边工作，只能变成你的小跟班。”
值得一提的是，董明珠还在直播中谈到格力文化，称格力企业文化是“说一不二”。
对于俞敏洪提出的“是否会被员工解读为霸道文化”问题，董明珠表示，“不讲规则才叫霸道，我们讲规则。”
