智通财经APP讯，瑞鑫国际集团(00724)发布公告，由于公司的财务状况，黄汉水已提出辞任公司执行董事兼财务总监的职位，并将不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条规定的公司授权代表，不再担任根据上市规则第19.05(2)条及《公司条例》(香港法例第622章)第16部获授权代表公司于中国香港接收法律程序文件及通知的人士(法律程序代理人)及董事会辖下环境、社会及管治委员会成员，自2024年11月30日起生效。黄汉水亦已辞任公司所有相关附属公司的董事，自2024年11月30日起生效。
由于公司的财务状况，曾文思已提出辞任公司的公司秘书，并将不再担任董事会辖下环境、社会及管治委员会成员，自2024年11月30日起生效。
黄汉水辞任后，彼将不再担任上市规则第3.05条规定的公司授权代表之一及法律程序代理人。执行董事之一杨俊杰获委任为上市规则第3.05条规定的公司授权代表之一，自2024年11月30日起生效。公司执行董事之一兼主席李扬获委任为法律程序代理人，自2024年11月30日起生效。
