智通财经APP讯，国际实业(000159.SZ)发布公告，2024年11月7日，公司(“甲方”)就收购新疆怡宝矿产资源勘查开发有限责任公司(以下简称“怡宝公司”)股权与上海恒石矿业投资股份有限公司(以下简称“恒石矿业”、“乙方”)签署了《收购意向书》。本次交易为乙方拟将其合法持有的怡宝公司80%股权转让予甲方。
公告显示，怡宝公司所属探矿权1个，探矿权面积为2.68平方公里，采矿权2个，采矿权面积为1.988平方公里。
其中，哈腊苏铜矿Ⅰ矿资源量：根据评审的保有资源量，截至2024年3月31日，矿区范围内(122b+333)矿石量为553.64万吨，铜金属量34,890吨，铜平均品位0.63%;伴生金609千克;伴生银13.46吨。
玉勒肯哈腊苏铜矿资源量：根据评审的保有资源量，截至2024年3月31日，矿区范围内矿石量为945.33万吨，铜金属量66,570.65吨，伴生钼金属量916.38吨，伴生金金属量3,645.82千克，伴生银金属量5,076.50千克,铜平均品位0.70%。
上市公司表示，本次拟进行的股权收购有利于优化公司资源配置、拓展业务领域，收购标的公司后公司资产规模将进一步扩大，抗风险能力进一步提升，为公司提供更多的商业机会和增长潜力。
