Tam Jai International's (HKG:2217) subsidiary TJI Japanese Concepts agreed to purchase the entire equity interest in Toridoll and Heyi Holding from the controlling shareholder of the company, Toridoll Holding, for HK$4.1 million.
The purchaser will also pay the target's shareholder's loan of HK$8.4 million on behalf of Marugame HK, a subsidiary of the target, under the agreement, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The consideration for the purchase will be funded by the internal resources of the group.
