智通财经APP讯，嘉友国际(603871.SH)发布公告，2024年11月5日，公司与Mongolian Mining Corporation(港交所股份代号：00975，简称“MMC”)签订《长期合作协议》。MMC及其关联公司每年增加销售150万吨-300万吨各类焦煤产品给公司及其关联公司。公司提供MMC及其关联公司所述产品物贸一体化方案，保证产品稳定供应中国的终端用户。
据悉，MMC拥有并经营Ukhaa Khudag(乌哈胡达格)和Baruun Naran(巴荣娜仁)露天焦煤煤矿，均位于蒙古南戈壁省，是蒙古国最大的高品质洗精主焦煤(HCC)生产商和出口商，是公司主焦煤物贸一体化业务的战略合作伙伴。2024年2月，公司与MMC旗下矿山达成股权加长协的合作协议，本次合作协议的签订是双方在互信共赢基础上再一次扩大合作规模，优势互补，实现中蒙企业共同发展的战略目标。
