北京法巴天星财险获批筹建 小米入局保险业
11月5日，国家金融监督管理总局发布关于筹建北京法巴天星财产保险股份有限公司（简称“北京法巴天星财险”）的批复。批复显示，同意法国巴黎保险集团、四川银米科技有限责任公司、大众汽车金融服务海外股份公司筹建北京法巴天星财险。
值得关注的是，在北京法巴天星财险股东队列中，四川银米科技有限责任公司的股东是北京小米电子软件技术有限公司。雷军则是北京小米电子软件技术有限公司的二位股东之一，持股比例达90%。业界普遍认为，小米曲线入局保险业，也加速完善了其金融版图。
而另一位股东法国巴黎保险集团为法国巴黎银行集团成员之一。近年来，法国巴黎银行集团也在加速布局中国市场。2024年7月，法巴证券（中国）有限公司成立，注册资本11亿元，由法巴银行（BNP PARIBAS SA）全资持股。2023年6月，法巴农银理财在上海揭牌，成为我国第五家合资理财公司。
